You care about how people are growing.
Traceo helps you see it.

You know people in your faith organization are growing, you just don’t always know how or where. It's easy to assume where people are at, but Traceo turns practices, priorities, and motivations into patterns you can see, so your leadership becomes more intentional.

REQUEST EARLY ACCESS

Don't rely on the metrics of yesterday for the ministry of tomorrow.

Most churches track what’s already happened: how many came, how much was given, and who showed up. But those numbers often tell you what’s behind you rather than what’s forming your people right now. Traceo gives you a forward-looking view of spiritual growth, built around rhythms and real-life insight.

Traceo doesn't replace your intuition. It strengthens it with clarity you can act on.

Formation insight. Made simple.

Capture

Invite people to reflect on their own spiritual state, either quarterly or bi-annually. It’s anonymous, customizable, and mobile-friendly.

From the Founder

I’ve spent the last 15 years in ministry... first as a church planter, then as a pastor, and now leading spiritual formation efforts at a D1 Christian university. And in every context, one question has followed me:

"How do we actually know if people are growing?"

It's a vulnerable question to ask, especially when the room is full and things look "healthy" from the outside. But I've learned that spiritual growth doesn't always follow the metrics we tend to measure. Formation happens in habits, in priorities, in quiet motivations... most of which never show up in a spreadsheet.

That's why I started Traceo (pronounced TRAY-see-oh). It's not about grading people or trying to fabricate growth. If the church is a greenhouse, then Traceo is the signal that tells you a sprinkler isn't working. We don't control the growth, but we can cultivate the right environment for it.

If that resonates with you, I'd love to invite you to help shape what Traceo becomes. Let's leave no stone unturned and cultivate together for the advancement of the Kingdom.
